Inflation Graph

Inflation affects the real value of the installation. The real value is measured by the real IRR which is obtained by subtracting the inflation rate from the nominal IRR:

real IRR = nominal IRR - inflation rate

Inflation has a big effect on real IRR when leverage is high. The graph shows real IRR (%) as a function of the inflation rate.
